4 deep-frozen soaked cod loins Riberalves
8 potatoes not too big
3 dl of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
4 boiled eggs
1 bunch of boiled greens

Blanch the codfish in boiling water, drain and dry it well. Bake it over hot coals or on the grill, taking care not to let it burn.
Chop the garlic and add it to the olive oil. Roast the potatoes in the oven with the skin on, then open them in half with the tip of a knife and sprinkle with sea salt.
Flake the codfish on the serving plate, drizzle it with the olive oil and serve it with the potatoes, the rapini and the sliced hard-boiled eggs and enjoy the Baked Codfish with rapini.
