Ingredients
1/2 Riberalves Codfish steak
3 tbsp. cooked sweetcorn
Rucola
1/2 carrot
2-3 radishes
1/2 plain yogurt
1 tsp. ground linseeds
Herbs to taste
1 dessert spoon lemon juice
1 dessert spoon chopped almonds
3 tbsp. cooked sweetcorn

Preparation
To prepare a colourful codfish salad, read the full recipe and enjoy!
Allow the codfish to defrost, steam and remove the skin and bones. Flake the cooked codfish.
Wash the vegetables. Grate the carrot and cut the radishes into thin slices.
Place the rucola, carrot, radishes, sweetcorn and flaked codfish in a bowl.
To prepare the sauce, combine the yogurt with the lemon juice, linseeds and dried herbs.
Pour the sauce over the salad and sprinkle with chopped almonds.
