- Thaw the codfish loins, dry them, and coat them with flour. Then fry both sides in olive oil. Remove and set aside.
- Peel and wash the onions and garlic cloves. Cut the onions into half-moons and chop the garlic cloves. Fry gently in the olive oil.
- Remove and arrange on top of the codfish along with the strips of morrone peppers, olives and parsley.
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, and fry them until they are a nice golden brown. Arrange the potatoes around the fish and your Bracarense-style Codfish is ready to serve.
