Codfish Agulhas: An easy, practical, tasty, and healthy recipe with Riberalves codfish. How about cooking it at home?
Ingredients
800 g of deep-frozen soaked cod loins Riberalves
3 eggs
1 drizzle of oil
Piripiri q.b.
flour to pass
Frying oil
FOR THE SAUCE:
200 g of mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of cream
1 tablespoon of whiskey
Fresh aromatic herbs q.s.
Salt and pepper q.s.

First defrost the codfish fillets, remove the skin and bones, and cut into sticks. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little chilli and mix well.
Heat a frying pan with plenty of oil in it. Dip the toothpicks in flour and then in the pre beaten eggs and fry them on both sides. Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
Prepare the sauce: peel and wash the garlic cloves, chop finely, and place them in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients for the sauce, stir well and serve it with the codfish sticks. The codfish Agulhas are ready!
