250 g deep-frozen shredded codfish Riberalves
2 spoons of cream
2 spoons of milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 glass of white wine
3 cloves of garlic
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper in grains
1 bay leaf

Codfish Brandade. Simple, easy to prepare, healthy and tasty. What do you think?
Boil the shredded codfish in water, white wine, the bay leaf and some peppercorns. After 5 minutes, strain the codfish.
Chop the garlic and sauté them in a pan with very hot olive oil. Add the shredded codfish and cook for about 10/15 minutes, stirring frequently to crumble it as much as possible.
Add the milk and cream, cover and cook over a low heat until creamy. At the end, add the chopped parsley. The codfish brandade is ready!
