Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 Riberalves cod fillet, cooked and shredded
1 bunch of broccoli
1 small can of mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese or 150 ml milk

First, cook and shred the codfish. Then, boil the potatoes and broccoli.
Using a fork, mash the potatoes and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
Once the potatoes are crushed, add the cooked codfish flakes and the grated cheese.
Separate the mixture into two parts. In one of them, add the broccoli pieces and form the cakes. In the other half, add the mushrooms (well drained) and form the remaining cakes.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at 195°c.
