.Place the RIBERALVES codfish loins in an ovenproof dish. Cut the head of garlic in half and add it to the dish. Cover with olive oil and add the cinnamon sticks.
.Bake in the oven, preheated to 100 ºC, for 35 minutes. Remove and serve garnished with basil leaves.
