Ingredients
100 g of flour
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
1 dl of milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 sprig of chopped parsley
Salt q.b.
Frying oil

Defrost the codfish fillets at room temperature, then rinse them, remove the skin and bones and finely shred them. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt. Then add the egg, milk and olive oil and mix very well. Add the chopped parsley, the garlic and the shredded codfish and mix well.
Heat up a pan with plenty of oil, add spoonful of the previous mixture, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown. Remove and let them drain, then serve warm and decorated with sprigs of parsley.
