4 thin slices of ham, cut into strips
300 g dwarf chives

Grease 4 rectangles of baking paper with olive oil, place the codfish loins, a portion of spring onions and a sprig of thyme on each one. Wrap the codfish loins in the paper and seal them hermetically, place them on a baking tray and bake them in the oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
After this time, open the parcels and slice the codfish leaving the loins whole. Intersperse the flakes with the strips of ham.
