200 g Riberalves codfish, flaked
1 small onion, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp. turmeric

Allow the codfish to defrost and soak the bulgur wheat for 30 minutes.
Set the oven to 180°C.
Whizz the codfish with the onion, tomato, Cayenne pepper and turmeric. Combine with the remaining ingredients, in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray greased with olive oil. Cover with baking paper and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove the baking paper and bake until golden (about 15 minutes). Serve warm or cold.
