220g Riberalves Cod cheeks
1 lentil coffee cup
1 carrot

First, defrost the codfish.
Put the olive oil in a pan over a low heat. Add the sliced garlic and the bay leaf, followed by the chopped onion.
As soon as the onion turns translucent, add a little paprika, the sliced carrot and the lentils. Add enough water for the lentils to cook, and about 10 minutes before they are ready add the codfish cheeks.
Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
