Codfish on a bed of radishes

To prepare a delicious, practical Codfish on a bed of radishes, follow our step-by-step instructions. Ready to enjoy!

Ingredients

120g Riberalves codfish steak
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 dessert spoon of vinegar
Dried herbs to taste
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 chopped onion
1 carrot
1/2 cup mini-tomatoes
1 cup radishes

Preparation

To prepare a delicious, practical Codfish on a bed of radishes, follow our step-by-step instructions and enjoy!

Allow the codfish to defrost.

Set the oven to 180°C. Wash the vegetables and cut the carrot into thick slices. In a cup, mix the olive oil, vinegar, garlic and dried herbs. Coat the radishes, tomatoes and carrot with the sauce and bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Place the codfish on the bed of vegetables, add the chopped onion and bake for a further 15 minutes (or until the codfish is cooked). What do you think? Is it approved?
