Ingredients
220g Riberalves cod loin
1 egg
100ml of sparkling water
10 ???? of spelled flour soup
1 ???? of yeast coffee
1/2 onion
1 ???? powdered garlic tea
q.s. nutmeg
1/2 carrot
120g green beans
q.s. parsley

Preparation
To start preparing the codfish pancakes, defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.
Wash the green beans, remove the stringy part and cut them into small pieces that can steam. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion.
Beat the egg, mix in the sparkling water, flour, garlic powder, nutmeg to taste and the yeast.
Then stir in the carrot, green beans, chopped parsley and codfish.
Cook portions of this batter, on both sides, in a non-stick frying pan.
