Prepare a dough by adding the butter, a pinch of salt, the flour and the eggs and leave it to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is about the thickness of an orange peel. Grease a baking tin with butter, line with 2/3 of the dough and cover the side with the raw ham.
Cook the codfish in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve the broth. Cook the chopped onions in the cod stock. Drain them and mix them with the codfish. Add the thinly sliced black olives. Boil the eggs and cut them into segments. Fry the chorizo (or the sausage) in olive oil. Arrange the ingredients on the baking tray, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with the remaining pastry, brushing the top with the egg yolks. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and bake the Codfish Pie for 30 minutes.
