200 g long-grain rice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 red pepper, cubed
1 green pepper, cubed
1 tbsp. turmeric

Take the Riberalves Codfish directly from the box into a pan and boil for 10 minutes. Flake the codfish once it has cooled down.
In the meantime, cook the rice according to pack instructions. Heat the olive oil and garlic and add the peppers. Lightly fry all the ingredients.
Add turmeric or saffron and heat for 1 minute. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Remove from the heat. Stir in the codfish and sprinkle with parsley.
