Codfish Stew with Seafood

Ingredients

800 g deep-frozen soaked cod fish stew Riberalves
300 g of soaked clams
250 g of prawns
6 mussels in half shell
1 kg of potatoes
3 ripe tomatoes
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
4 dl of white wine
0.5 dl of olive oil
1 dessert spoon of sweet pepper
1 bay leaf
Lemon zest q.b.
parsley q.b.
Salt and chili q.b.

Preparation

Shall we prepare a Codfish Stew with Seafood? A simple, practical and tasty recipe. Riberalves Codfish, Ready to taste good!

Defrost the codfish stew and all the seafood and pour into a bowl. Season with the chopped garlic cloves, white wine, bay leaf, paprika, a little lemon zest, salt and chilli.

Peel and wash the potatoes and the onion and cut them into slices. Wash the peppers and slice them as well, discarding the seeds and white skin. Wash the tomatoes and also slice them.

Arrange alternate layers of onions, peppers, tomatoes, potatoes and finally the codfish and seafood in a pan. Drizzle with the marinade and olive oil, cover and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until everything is cooked, shaking the pan halfway through cooking. Remove the Codfish Stew with Seafood from the heat and serve decorated with chopped parsley.
