3 slices of ham
6 fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
2 dl of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
How about preparing a stuffed Riberalves codfish ?
Open the Riberalves Codfish Boneless Loins in half, so that they can be stuffed. Place the slices of ham in the middle of each one, as well as the basil leaves. Tie the loins with kitchen string.
Place the olive oil, previously mixed with the paprika, on a tray. Arrange the codfish loins with the onion and garlic on top.
Cut into thin slices and bake in the oven at 160ºC for about 15 minutes, occasionally drizzling with olive oil. Remove and serve hot.
