Ingredients

1 pack of Riberalves Flaked Codfish
Coconut oil
100 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
1 lime
Fleur de sel to taste
8 lettuce leaves, cut into thin strips
100 g cooked sweetcorn
1 large tomato
1 large avocado
4 taco shells
Coriander to taste

Deixe o bacalhau em flocos descongelar, enxaguar sob água fria da torneira e secar usando papel de cozinha. Adicione óleo de coco a uma frigideira antiaderente e frite o bacalhau em flocos por 4-5 minutos.

To prepare the Mexican sour cream: whisk the cream and cheese together with the juice of half a lime and a pinch of fleur de sel until creamy.

Cut the lettuce into thin strips, wash and drain the sweetcorn and finely dice the tomato and avocado.

Place a portion of the mixture into each taco, add the sauce and top with fresh coriander.
