Ingredients
Tapioca crepe mix
100g Riberalves codfish
1/2 garlic clove, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped yellow peppers
1 cup chopped spinach
Poppy seeds to taste

Preparation
Codfish Tapioca: easy to make but full of flavour! You’ll definitely make it more than once…
- Place the frozen codfish in a pan and cover with water.
- Bring to the boil and then cook for 10 minutes. It’s ready!
*For a 250 g steak
Add the olive oil, garlic, onion and pepper to a pan. Cook on low heat until the onion is translucent. Add the spinach and codfish and cook until all the liquid evaporates.
Pour the tapioca into a hot frying pan. Swirl the mixture to cover the bottom and cook. Fill the tapioca crepe with the codfish mixture.
Serve sprinkled with poppy seeds.
