Ingredients
200 g of seafood delights
4 cloves of garlic
1 beer (33 cl)
2 dl of cream
0.5 dl of olive oil
1 dessert spoon of cornflour
sweet pepper q.b.
salt and pepper q.b.

Defrost the codfish fillets and place them on a tray. Season with the finely chopped garlic cloves, a pinch of paprika, the beer and pepper. Then drizzle with the olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 180 ºC until baked, drizzling occasionally with the sauce from the tray.
Remove from the oven and pour the sauce into a pan. Dissolve the cornflour in the cream, add to the pan and heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Adjust the seasoning.
Arrange the codfish on a serving plate, drizzle with the previous sauce, place the defrosted and crumbled crab sticks on top and serve decorated to taste. You may serve it with salad.
