Codfish with cabbage

Ingredients
1 Portuguese cabbage
1 good sausage, thinly sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
5 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
1 glass of white wine
50 g of corn flour
1 cup of black olives

Boil the codfish and cut it into pieces.
In a saucepan with olive oil, sauté the sausage with the onion and garlic over a high heat. When everything has browned, add the codfish and the cabbage (cut into large pieces). Mix well without breaking the leaves, cover the pan and drizzle with a glass of good white wine. If you need more liquid, use water. When the codfish is cooked, sprinkle with the cornflour (using a sieve), add the olives and serve the Codfish with cabbage on a serving dish. It goes very well with white rice.
