Codfish with onions and peppers

A hot, tasty recipe that pleases Greeks and Trojans: Codfish with onions and peppers. How about trying it? Ready to taste good!
Ingredients
500g Riberalves cod loin
3 thinly sliced onions
1/2 chopped red pepper
1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
2 bay leaf
2 tablespoon of olive oil
4 minced garlic cloves

Preparation
Defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.
Place the olive oil in a wok followed by the garlic, peppers, onion and bay leaf.
Simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes (or until the onion and peppers soften).
Add the codfish and let it cook until all the liquid evaporates (about 5 minutes).
Let it cool.
I then used it in two different recipes: to prepare some tasty meatballs and a tasty puff pastry.
