50g of white and black sesame seeds
50g finely chopped white cabbage
50g red cabbage finely cut
50g grated carrot

After cooking the codfish 10 minutes after it has come to the boil, remove the skin from the cod. Season with lime juice and zest.
Next, prepare the sesame seeds for breading. Once breaded, bake in the oven at 190ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
In a bowl, add the cabbage and the previously laminated carrot, mix them and add the mayonnaise. Mix again. Season with chives, lime juice and salt.
And the codfish with sesame seeds is ready!
