1 kg of deep-frozen soaked cod loins Gourmet Riberalves
1 reinette apple
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
4 dl of coconut milk
0.5 dl of olive oil
50 g of grated coconut
10 g of fresh ginger
2 tablespoons of curry powder
1 vegetable bouillon cube
Coriander q.s.
Salt and pepper q.b.


Shell we prepare Codfish with spices? A simple and very tasty recipe and with the best protein, the Riberalves codfish, ready to taste good!

Defrost the codfish loins. Peel and wash the onion and garlic cloves and chop finely. Peel and wash the ginger and chop finely with a knife.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion, the garlic and the ginger and cook until golden brown. Add the coconut milk, the curry and the vegetable stock, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Peel and wash the king apple, remove the seeds, crush or grate it, add to the pan and stir.

Add the codfish and cook for 20 minutes. Add the grated coconut and chopped coriander, cook for another 5 minutes, remove from the heat and serve decorated to taste and with white rice. If you like, sprinkle the codfish with spices with a little chili or more grated coconut.
