Ingredients
500 g old potatoes
1/2 Head garlic
Onion
50 ml olive oil
500 ml light soy cream
Grated Parmesan/low-fat cheese to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Boil the cod, remove the skin and bones, and then flake the fish.
Gently fry the garlic and chopped onion in the olive oil without letting them brown.
Add the flaked codfish and let it simmer.
Use a mortar and pestle to mash the mixture into a fine paste.
Peel the potatoes then boil and mash them. Add the mashed potatoes to the codfish, mixing with the cream to bind.
Season the mixture with nutmeg, pepper and salt and put it into an ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the fish mixture with grated cheese, and bake in the oven until golden brown.
