Fried codfish with olive paste

4 steak of deep-frozen dessalted Riberalves codfish
100 g pitted black olives
1 spoon of Provence herbs
1 anchovy
Chopped parsley
Core of a carcass
Oil
Flour

Preparation
A codfish recipe ready to taste good: Fried codfish with olive paste. Take a look!
Cut the codfish fillets in half, coat them in flour and fry them in very hot olive oil. Chop the olives with the anchovies, the herbs of Provence, the parsley, the core of the bread, salt and pepper and add enough olive oil to make a paste.
Arrange the codfish on a baking tray, spread the paste over it and place in a hot oven until toasted. Serve with boiled potatoes.
