Harmonious Codfish

Ingredients
200 g Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup water
1 egg (L)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 onion
1 coffee spoon (level) turmeric
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon black olives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup water
1 egg (L)
1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon black olives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Thaw the codfish, remove the skin and bones, and cut into cubes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Put the chickpeas into a bowl along with the turmeric, olive oil, onion, egg and water.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture and then stir in the baking powder, olives, parsley, bell pepper and the cod.
Then transfer the mixture to a greased ovenproof dish (or use a silicone one) and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes (do the toothpick test to check when it’s ready).
