Ingredients
4 Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish Loins
300 g mini peppers
200 g cherry tomatoes
½ a loaf of cornbread
2 cloves garlic
Pinch of salt
Olive oil to taste
Fresh coriander to taste

Preparation
A recipe packed with flavour. Try our hotplate-grilled codfish platter, made with the best Portuguese cured codfish!
Thaw the codfish and grill it on a hotplate along with the mini peppers and the tomatoes.
When it’s cooked, remove the bones from the fish, flake it and arrange it on a platter.
Toast the cornbread. Next, rub it with the garlic.
Lastly, drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with coriander and salt to taste. Serve immediately.
