Ingredients
500 g deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
1 tablespoon paprika (sweet chili powder)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 cup good sherry vinegar
1 cup of good white wine
1 kg of boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
Mayonnaise, q.s.
1 cup chopped onion
1 sprig of chopped dill
Salt and pepper
1 package of green olives, sliced into rounds

Shred the codfish and leave it for 1 hour in a marinade of wine, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
Prepare a potato salad with mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, chopped dill and sliced green olives.
Leave everything 1 to 2 hours in the fridge. Before serving, drain the codfish and serve in equal portions.
