Oven Baked Codfish Nuggets
Ingredients
1 dessert spoon of garlic powder
1 lemon
Milk q.s.
Wholemeal flour q.s.
1 egg L
Breadcrumbs q.s.
Olive oil q.s.
Preparation

Defrost the codfish loins, remove the skin and bones and cut into cubes. Sprinkle the cubes with garlic powder and lemon zest and place in a bowl covered with milk. Marinate for approx. 15 minutes.
Prepare a plate with flour, a bowl with beaten egg and another plate with breadcrumbs. Drain the cubes, coat them one by one with flour, then with the egg and then with the breadcrumbs, arrange on the greased baking tray lined with baking paper (do not overlap or join them) and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake the Codfish Nuggets in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes. Serve with a salad of lettuce, cherry tomatoes and grated carrots, and ketchup and the Codfish Nuggets are ready!
