Ingredients

2 Riberalves Ready-to-Cook Codfish Loins
400 g cooked cabbage
1 tablespoon oat flour
3 tablespoons skimmed milk
3 to 4 garlic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Place the cod on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven.

While the codfish is cooking, cut the cabbage into pieces.

Sauté the garlic cloves in olive oil and add the cabbage. Cook until very soft and then add the milk. Stir and add the flour. Mix well and season to taste. Mash.

Plate and serve your oven-baked codfish on a bed of cabbage purée!
