Oven-baked Codfish with Potatoes in Port Wine

Ingredients

4 deep-frozen soaked cod fillets Riberalves
500 g of new potatoes
1/2 chorizo
100 g of chives
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 dl of Tawny Port wine
1 dl of white wine
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Place the potatoes on an oven tray with the spring onions, the sliced chorizo, 0.5 dl olive oil, pepper and salt. Sprinkle with port wine and bake in the oven at 150ºC for 50 minutes.

In another tray, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the sliced onion, the crushed garlic and the codfish, sprinkle with white wine and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Remove the Oven-baked Codfish with Potatoes from the oven, arrange the codfish on the serving plate with the potatoes.
