Pasta with Codfish

A simple, quick and very tasty recipe, perfect for a snack, Pasta with Codfish. See the full recipe and Bon Appétit!

Ingredients

1/2 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup of «Brandade de Bacalhau e Aubergine» (see recipe on website)
1 cup chopped chives
250 g of «Pasta Rigattoni»
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cod and Eggplant Brandade:
250 g deep-frozen shredded codfish Riberalves
2 spoons of cream
2 spoons of milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 glass of white wine
3 cloves of garlic
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper in grains
1 bay leaf

Preparation

A simple, quick and very tasty recipe, perfect for a snack, Pasta with Codfish. See the full recipe and Bon Appétit!

Cook the pasta in plenty of water, drain and mix with the Codfish Brandade, the chicken stock and the chopped chives. Leave to cook for 2 minutes and serve immediately, sprinkled with the Parmesan cheese.
