Ingredients
200g corn flour for polenta
75ml olive oil
210g pitted black olive
Dried oregano q.s.
Cod leftover chips
Smoked paprika q.s.
sweet drop peppers

Preparation

Cook the polenta according to the instructions on the package, then pour the whole mixture into a tray and leave to cool for approximately 1 hour.
Cut the polenta into rectangles or any other desired shape and fry in a drizzle of olive oil until golden. Crush the black olives, seasoned with oregano and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Spread the olive paste individually on each piece of polenta previously cut and place the cod chips on top.
