Pumpkin and codfish cakes

Ingredients
200g pumpkin in pieces
150g diced potatoes
1/2 cup of rice flour
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 leek
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Preparation
Pumpkin and codfish cakes. Shall we prepare them?
Defrost the codfish, remove the skin and bones and shred it.
Programme the oven at 190 degrees.
Turn the pumpkin and potato (previously cooked) into a puree.
Involve half the olive oil and the flour and knead to form a smooth paste. Put the remaining olive oil in a pan, add the leek, the pepper and the parsley.
After cooking for a few minutes, add the codfish. Cook until all the liquid has evaporated.
After cooling slightly, fold this mixture into the pumpkin dough.
Form cakes, using two spoons, which you shall arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place the Pumpkin and codfish cakes in the oven for about 20 minutes.
