Soften the finely chopped onion and the clove of garlic in olive oil. Add the chopped tomatoes (peeled), cover, and cook for about 5 minutes.
Then add the rice, season with salt, and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add 600 ml of hot water, stir, and cook on low heat for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring occasionally.
