Spanish style codfish
100ml olive oil
1/3 red pepper
1/3 green pepper
1/3 yellow pepper
Black pepper q.s.

Cut the codfish into medium-sized pieces. In a frying pan place half, the separate measure of olive oil, then layer the sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, sliced potatoes and season with salt.
Add the peppers previously cut into strips and place the pieces of codfish on top. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Turn on the heat and cover it.
