See the full recipe below and enjoy the best Portuguese Cured Codfish!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Thaw the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish loins<\/a>, dry them, and coat them with flour. Then fry both sides in olive oil. Remove and set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peel and wash the onions and garlic cloves. Cut the onions into half-moons and chop the garlic cloves. Fry gently in the olive oil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove and arrange on top of the codfish along with the strips of morrone peppers, olives and parsley.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices, and fry them until they are a nice golden brown.
