See nutritionist Lilian Barros&#8217; full recipe here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the cod, remove the skin and bones, and then flake the fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gently fry the garlic and chopped onion in the olive oil without letting them brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the flaked codfish and let it simmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a mortar and pestle to <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mash the mixture<\/a> into a fine paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peel the potatoes then boil and mash them.
