Don&#8217;t let it boil; if you see it starting to boil, turn off the heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the chickpeas in water for 40 minutes to an hour until al dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the garnish: Fry the chorizo in a frying pan, then add the sofrito and a little tomato passata and mix everything together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drain the chickpeas and add them to the chorizo pan along with the homemade pork stock and a pinch of salt.
