Take a look!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thaw the <a href=\"http:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\">codfish loins<\/a>, rinse them under cold running water and dry them well with kitchen paper. Grease the codfish loins with olive oil and put them in an ovenproof dish, skin side down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thinly slice 1 orange and 1 lemon, cut the slices into halves and arrange on and around the fish. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 \u00b0C for about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the lettuce leaves into julienne strips, cut 2 oranges into segments, chop the dates and mix everything with the spinach leaves in a salad bowl.
