Here\u2019s the full recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil the <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/linha\/consumo-no-lar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cod<\/a> and drain, reserving the cooking water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and saut\u00e9 the chopped onion and garlic in it. Add the flour, then the milk and 50 ml of the water you used to cook the cod. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir in the cod. Add the lemon zest and some chopped parsley and stir. Remove from heat and leave to cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put some of the filling in the centre of each puff pastry square and close them up. Brush with the egg yolk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake on a tray in the oven, preheated to 220\u00ba C, for about 20 minutes, or until the pastry is cooked and nicely browned.
