They\u2019re easy to make!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thaw the <a href=\"http:\/\/riberalveslojaonline.pt\">codfish steaks<\/a>, rinse them under cold running water, dry them well with kitchen paper and cook them in olive oil with a clove of minced garlic for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove the skin and bones, and shred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cut the lettuce into julienne strips, peel and grate the carrot and thinly slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make the sauce: mix the mayonnaise with the Greek yogurt, then add the chopped chives and basil, black pepper and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix well. Generously spread the inside of each bun with the herby mayonnaise mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place some lettuce, carrots, cucumber and tomato slices on each bun and top with some of the cod.
