Here\u2019s the full recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start by cooking the bok choy in boiling water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill a small pot to \u00be full with olive oil and add the crushed garlic clove and the bay leaf. Put the thawed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish loin<\/a> into the pot and cook at low temperature for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put some sesame oil into a wok and quickly stir fry the ginger, garlic, chilli peppers and red bell pepper. Add the shiitake mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, corn starch and water into a bowl. Mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the mixture to the wok and cook for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly and coats the ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve the bok choy and the codfish with the sauce.
