Here\u2019s the full recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put some water in a pot to boil. When it starts boiling, add the still-frozen codfish loin. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove <a href=\"https:\/\/riberalves.pt\/o-bacalhau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the codfish loin<\/a> from the pot, leave it to cool, and then remove the bones and shred it into flakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put a dash of olive oil into a frying pan and brown the onion with a clove of chopped garlic. Add a little Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Leave to cook. Add the blueberries and stir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, add the apple slices and stir lightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;To prepare the quinoa, simply boil \u00bd a cup of quinoa in double the water (1 cup) for about 10 to 15 minutes.
