Take a peek and enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thaw the <a href=\"http:\/\/instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish steaks<\/a>, rinse them under cold running water, dry them well with kitchen paper and saut\u00e9 in olive oil with the clove of crushed garlic for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove the skin and bones, and shred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a carrot peeler to partially peel the cucumbers. Cut them into quarters to make four little \u201ccups\u201d from each cucumber and scoop out the seeds with a dessertspoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dice the peppers and chop the onion and chives. Mix everything together in a salad bowl with the watercress leaves and the codfish flakes, and season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
