Preheat the oven to 180 \u00baC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Put the rosemary sprigs into an ovenproof dish and arrange the codfish steaks<\/a> on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Add the sliced garlic and drizzle generously with olive oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, make the rice. Put a dash of olive oil into a pot along with the chopped garlic and onion, and saut\u00e9 until golden brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Add the tomatoes, bring to the boil, add the white wine and cook for 20 minutes.
