Take a peek at the recipe here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the bay leaf, thyme, garlic clove and the two codfish loins into a pan of water. When it starts boiling set the timer for 10 minutes. Take the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bacalhau_riberalves\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">codfish loins<\/a> out of the water and flake them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add a dash of olive oil to another pan and saut\u00e9 the onion and leek. Add the garlic, the codfish flakes, the olives and the parsley. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make the white sauce in the same pan you cooked the fish in. Add the butter and, when it melts, add the flour. Let it cook for a few minutes and then pour in the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the codfish filling and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grease your ramekins and divide the creamy codfish mixture between them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the puff pastry, cut it into circles big enough to cover the top of your ramekins and press down on the sides to close up each pie. Take a knife and make two slits in the top of each pie.
