Once it starts boiling, cook for 10 minutes and then remove the cod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In another pot, saut\u00e9 the chopped onion in olive oil until softened. Then add the chopped tomato (peeled) and the bay leaf, cooking for 2\u20133 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the peppers cut into thin strips (without seeds or white parts) and stir for 1 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the rice, season with salt, and stir until the rice becomes translucent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in 300 ml of hot water (add more hot water \u0623\u062b\u0646\u0627\u0621 cooking if necessary) and cook until the rice is done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adjust seasoning if needed, turn off the heat, remove the bay leaf, and mix in chopped parsley.
