Place the potatoes on a baking tray with 2 crushed garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary sprigs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a frying pan with a generous drizzle of olive oil, saut\u00e9 the remaining garlic, the halved small onions, and the chopped peppers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the cod and cook, stirring occasionally.
